Vulkan Motive Inc. – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through www.vulkanmotive.com.
ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
- Business days are Monday through Friday.
- We aim to ship in-stock items by the next business day after the order is placed.
SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
- We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and truck freight depending on item size and destination.
- Shipping options may include Standard Ground, 2-Day, or Next Day Air.
- We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- Freight forwarders
- Unverified alternate addresses
- Next Day Air shipments must be sent to the billing address associated with the payment method.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates based on carrier calculations. We strive to provide the most reasonable shipping rates available at the time of purchase.
- Vulkan Motive Inc. reserves the right to adjust the shipping method or carrier if the collected rate does not match actual shipping costs.
- Oversized or irregular parts may require a manual shipping quote after checkout. The customer will be contacted for approval before shipment.
OVERSIZED / OVERWEIGHT ITEMS
- Products such as:
- Exhaust systems
- Body panels
- Undertrays
- Windshields / glass
- Wheels
- The customer will be notified of the final shipping cost before the order ships.
- We aim to use the most secure and cost-effective shipping method available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide via UPS, USPS, or DHL.
- Shipping costs at checkout are estimates and may change based on actual package dimensions or destination.
- Import duties, VAT, and customs brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed when the order ships (please check spam/junk folders).
- We may require two forms of identification to verify international orders. This may include a government-issued ID and a document matching the billing address.
- Please note: International deliveries may experience delays due to customs processing or local carrier operations.
TRACKING
- Tracking numbers are sent via email once the shipping label is created.
- The customer may track their order using the carrier’s website or the link in the confirmation email.
SHIPPING INSURANCE (OPTIONAL)
- Standard shipping includes limited carrier liability coverage (typically up to $100).
- Optional shipping insurance may be available at checkout to protect against loss, theft, or damage.
- If insurance is not selected, the customer assumes full risk for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after the package leaves our facility.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
- The customer must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
- If damage is visible:
- Open the package in front of the carrier, if possible
- Take clear photos of all damage and packaging
- Contact us within 4 calendar days of delivery
- Retain all original packaging, as it may be needed for a claim
- Claims filed after 4 calendar days may not be honored.
- For truck freight or air freight, signing for the delivery confirms the order was received in good condition.
- Vulkan Motive Inc. is not liable for any damage or loss reported after a freight shipment has been signed for.
- In the event of a shipping mishap, Vulkan Motive Inc.’s liability is limited to the value of the parts ordered.
FREIGHT & SIGNATURE DELIVERIES
- Some packages—especially those shipped via truck freight or containing high-value items—require a signature upon delivery.
- By signing for the shipment, the customer confirms it was received in good condition.
- Do not sign for visibly damaged shipments. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
