This professional-grade stud and nut kit is engineered for serious enthusiasts and track-focused builds. Designed to match OEM Giulia/Stelvio M14x1.5 wheel specs, these components exceed the performance and precision of typical conversion kits.

Studs:

• Cold-formed from high-tensile steel with rolled threads for superior fatigue resistance.
• 74mm length, double-ended with hexagonal head for easy installation.
• Pre-applied Permabond Blue 85 threadlocker for vibration-resistant clamping.
• OEM spec will not accept any wheel spacers.
• If a longer version is needed for use with wheel spacers please contact us.

Nuts:

• Precision-machined conical seat (60° taper) for OEM wheel fitment.
• 19mm socket size.
• Finished in black antioxide for long-term corrosion protection.

Kit Includes:

20 pcs double-threaded studs.

20 pcs conical seat nuts.

Installation Note:

Clean the threads on the hub before installing the studs.

Studs come with pre-applied high-strength threadlocker (Permabond Blue 85).

Thread each stud into the hub by hand until the flanged base seats fully against the hub face.

Tighten to 25ft-lb (~34 Nm) using a calibrated torque wrench.

Torque conical seat nuts to 80 ft-lb (~108 Nm) using a calibrated torque wrench in a star pattern.

Re-check torque after the first heat cycle or 100 miles of driving  to ensure long-term clamping reliability.
