Sprint Filter’s technology uses polyester fabrics composed of extremely fine and precisely calibrated yarns. This uniform construction provides two key advantages:

Independent testing shows that Sprint Filter’s advanced polyester technology significantly outperforms conventional cotton gauze filters:

• Sprint Filter P08 – retains 93.13% of 100 μm particles.
• Typical 4-layer oil-soaked cotton filter – retains only 76.42% of 100 μm particles.

The results highlight a key advantage: polyester delivers higher and more consistent filtration efficiency compared to cotton gauze, which relies on a less uniform and variable structure.

In addition, Sprint Filter’s patented single-layer polyester material ensures more laminar airflow with reduced turbulence, allowing the engine to breathe more freely while maintaining superior protection.
